The units were newly renovated with a view. The location is perfect and nice, 1 mile from an extraordinary museum.

Their breakfast is overpriced, can be much better.

The best and practical location in a very very nice area, near to restaurants, bars, the convention center, and a movie theater in walking distance and the Convention Centre. Good food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity. Well-kept and brand-new property room with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. Lots of options for lovely breakfast...

The hotel was fairly clean and ideal, had spectacular views of the valley. Everything was cool, the staff were service-minded and extremely helpful. The room was well-kept, bright bathroom, good value. The location was handy, a 10-15 minute walk from a home field.

Beautiful decor, especially the elaborate Christmas scene in the lobby. Outstanding breakfasts with freshly made pastries and delicious options at a good value. Convenient location near a cineplex and Arizona Center with many dining and shopping opportunities. Responsive and courteous staff, comfortable rooms, and a great restaurant on-site with tasty, affordable lunch specials.

The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of downtown. We were within easy walking distance to the Convention Center, wonderful restaurants, several museums, and sports venues. It was ideal being right next to the conference center, restaurants, and the baseball stadium. The hotel handled the foot traffic well, even when it got busy. The staff were really helpful and friendly, providing exceptional service. They gave us great suggestions for nearby restaurants and were always available to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had a leisure area with a sauna, swimming pool, and sun terrace, which added to our pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to Chase Field and the Phoenix area for business trips. Additionally, it is a great base for exploring the Grand Canyon. The onsite District restaurant offers affordable lunch options, with everything on the menu priced at $9.

Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Phoenix Convention Center. Very attentive hotel staff from check-in to check-out. Central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room and the very comfy bed.

I was there for 8 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were available. The location was great and beautiful - ease of access to Herberger Theater Center.

Particularly good location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Copper Square. Walking distance to shopping centers and gift stores across the street. Recently refurbished and functional rooms with a safe, cable TV, and a fridge.

The hotel decor was beautiful, and the Christmas scene in the lobby was elaborate. The breakfasts were outstanding, with freshly made pastries and a variety of delicious dishes. The fruit sides were fresh and filled with lots of berries. The value for money was great, considering the quality and presentation of the breakfasts. The hotel is conveniently located near an AMC Cineplex and other restaurants and shops.
